TRASH IN DESERT
In warm and wet areas, most trash decomposes quickly but in DESERT
regions this is a much slower process. Cans, cartons and other
forms of trash tend to stick around for years. With the general
lack of vegetation, trash is highly visible and reminds us constantly
of the need to "Pack it out!".
