DYKE ROCK
This wall of rock , over 30' (9m) high, is made of cooled LAVA
that originated within the VOLCANIC NECK in the distance. The
slope that masks the base of the dyke is a SCREE slope made of
particles WEATHERED off the face of the dyke.
