B19 Mink. Cornwall, UK

MINK. CORNWALL, UK

Though not native to this part of the British Isles, Mink are quite common. These creatures have descended from Mink introduced to the area by commercial 'Mink Farms'. They are quite at home in the warm and moist climate and appear to thrive. Because they are not natural members of the ECOSYSTEM they may be having a negative impact by preying on other creatures within the system. This baby mink is part of a family living on the sea cliffs of West Cornwall, UK.
