Dear Participants, Thank you for joining the 4th International Critical Management Studies conference, 4th-6th July Cambridge, UK! Registration The registration starts on Monday the 4th July 2005 between 9.00-12.00pm at Robinson College only. Here you will be registered and will collect your conference pack. For security purposes it would be helpful to the College staff as well to fellow delegates if you could wear your badge at all times. Accommodation
The
accommodation will be at
Robinson College or Selwyn College
located on Grange Road.

On arrival you
should check in at Porters' Lodge where you will be asked to sign and
will be given the room key, a plan of the College and an information
leaflet. Then you will be directed to your accommodation. For
those who have booked from Sunday, please note that a list with all the
names will be at the Porter's lodge. The Porters' lodge is manned 24
hours a day and you will find all the porters very helpful and willing.
From your point of view, the Porters' Lodge should be your first port of
call for College-related information or assistance .
On the day of departure, bedrooms must
be vacated and keys returned to the Porters' Lodge by 9.30am, to enable
rooms to be serviced for incoming delegates. A storage area for luggage
will be provided. Keys should be returned to the Porter's Lodge. Car
Parking
There is a car parking area at the
Wilberforce Road Sportsground.
Please let us know if
you wish to use this facility in order for
us to issue you
with a ticket. There is no charge for the use of the
conference car park. Internet
access Please
note that Robinson College
offers Internet access in
the bedrooms. Each delegate will need to bring their own laptop and an
Ethernet cable to take advantage of this.
Selwyn College has
Internet access available to residents in the Library. Your room
key will get you access to the Library.
Meals
Lunch is offered only at Robinson
College in their Garden Restaurant. Dress
code for the Conference Dinner, to be held jointly at Robinson and
Selwyn on Tuesday evening, is smart casual. After the evening meal will
be dancing at Robinson College with the
BigUp Band. Paper
presentations
Paper givers should come with multiple
copies of their final paper. Please note there are no photocopying
facilities at the Colleges. There
are no Power Point facilities in the rooms used for conference
sessions. Please bring overhead transparencies for use for the OHPs that
are in every room. Please
note that the conference abstract booklet and the programme are now
available for consultation on the conference website
www.cms4.org.
A book of abstracts
will be included in the conference pack. Final
papers can be downloaded from http://www.mngt.waikato.ac.nz/research/ejrot/cmsconference/2005/default.asp
