UPDATES

Dear Participants,

Thank you for joining the 4th International Critical Management Studies conference, 4th-6th July Cambridge, UK!

  Registration

The registration starts on Monday the 4th July 2005 between 9.00-12.00pm at Robinson College only. Here you will be registered and  will collect your conference pack. For security purposes it would be helpful to the College staff  as well to fellow delegates if you could wear your badge at all times.

  Accommodation

The accommodation will be at Robinson College or Selwyn College located on  Grange Road.

Cambridge Map (you will find Grange Road at the extreme left hand side of the map running north-south) http://www.quns.cam.ac.uk/cu/map/map-cent.html

On arrival you should check in at Porters' Lodge where you will be asked to sign and will be given the room key, a plan of the College and an information leaflet. Then you will be directed to your accommodation.

For those who have booked from Sunday, please note that a list with all the names will be at the Porter's lodge. The Porters' lodge is manned 24 hours a day and you will find all the porters very helpful and willing. From your point of view, the Porters' Lodge should be your first port of call for College-related information or assistance .

On the day of departure, bedrooms must be vacated and keys returned to the Porters' Lodge by 9.30am, to enable rooms to be serviced  for incoming delegates. A storage area for luggage will be provided. Keys should be returned to the Porter's Lodge.

  Car Parking

There is a car parking area at the Wilberforce Road Sportsground. Please let us know if you wish to use this facility in order  for us to issue  you with a ticket. There is no charge for the use of the conference car park.

 Internet access

Please note that Robinson College offers  Internet access in the bedrooms. Each delegate will need to bring their own laptop and an Ethernet cable to take advantage of this.

Selwyn College has Internet access available to residents in the Library. Your room key will get you access to the Library.

 Meals

Lunch is offered only at Robinson College in their Garden Restaurant.

Dress code for the Conference Dinner, to be held jointly at Robinson and Selwyn on Tuesday evening, is smart casual. After the evening meal will be dancing at Robinson College with the BigUp Band.
